Easiglaze was introduced to me by one my neighbours who insisted enthusiastically and spoke wonders of their service. They suggested to meet Bill, his owner, and do the windows of my entire flat. I met Bill and after half an hour I was signing a contract to replace all the windows, from floor to ceiling across my entire flat which is located in a ground floor of a private complex. I could not be more pleased with this company from start to finish. Bill, the owner of Easiglaze listened to what we wanted and gave us a detailed quote. Tony then came and took measurements. Tony and Tom arrived promptly on the first day and the first thing they did was cover the entire house - or so it seemed! - in dustsheets which impressed me. They worked solidly for two days and the craftsmanship is clearly apparent. The windows look fantastic, the installation went without a hitch, the finishing around the frames is exemplary. Windows and doors are of great quality. There were no delays, work was done on the agreed date. Window fitters were very professional and very experienced. They also made sure everyone were happy and understood how to use the new door lock before leaving even though it took longer for us to understand than expected. I chose Easiglaze because what they were offering was better than the other firm I ask to quote and they were able to quote competitive price. The design of the balcony doors and windows was to match exactly the existing design in the apartment block. When the windows were installed I was thrilled. They really look great and were exactly as promised. The high quality is visible. There was a glitch with the lock on one of the doors but this was put right promptly on the same day, even after the team had left and I paid for the job. Highly recommend the company to anyone.

I knew as soon as I met Bill that this would be the company I would use; he is very friendly and knowledgeable and put me at ease as a first time property owner with strict instructions from the leaseholder. I was given a very competitive quote which was great value for money too. I didn't get to meet the fitters but wish I had to say a personal thank you as they did a fabulous job and were very clean and efficient. There was an initial problem with the bin shed door but was kept informed of this and it was fitted a week later with no hassle.

This company is very reliable and the service is excellent. The 2 gentlemen ( Father and Son ) that installed all of the above items where very polite and cleared all the mess up before they left. It was a long day for them they arrived at 7.50am and did not leave until about 7.15pm. The only thing was that some Glass had been ordered wrong but will be rectified by Thursday. I would highly recommend this company to any one and the Governor Bill is so down to earth there are no heirs and graces and he gives his honest opinion which is very rare our days.

I received the type of service and workmanship my grandmother used to talk about, while lamenting that it was very difficult to find nowadays. It was all exactly as the business owner had described and amazingly, there was no mess and very little noise. The whole thing was finished in one day, while I had been prepared for at least two days’ work. The colours were perfectly matched too, and the results blend in well with other houses on my terrace. The main difference is that now, I am warm and snug in my house, all the draughts having disappeared. Excellent value, very highly recommended.

They advised me on different styles, and came to view the property twice before the work started. The fitters turned up on time and worked really hard throughout the day to get the job finished.
